Hi! I would like to attend! I am researching dance education in early childhood in the country of Costa Rica.
ReplyDeleteI am focusing on the importance of dance education in early childhood and its unique manifestation in Costa Rican culture
I would like to join too. My research is about putting formative assessment strategies into use, in early years ballet training. In my research I plan to work on ways of putting together what I have learnt in my research with regards to early years education and self-regulation, with what I learnt about formative assessment. In my research I plan to put an amalgamtion of both these areas into practice, within the context of a big part of my practice, where I teach classical ballet to 12 classes, twice a week to children ranging between the ages of 5 and 8 years. I am doing this in the hope of seeing my students becoming more autonomous, more in control of their learning and to reach their learning objectives more effectively.
ReplyDeleteHi, I would like to join as well. I am exploring body studies and transformative learning in my inquiry. How, what and why we learn about/in/through our dancing bodies. How we construct embodied knowledge through out our life time (as dancers and teachers).
ReplyDeleteplease add me to wednesday 8pm
ReplyDeletethank you
I am exploring peoples perceptions and attitudes towards dancers with disabilities. I want to investigate into misconceptions and communication along with the equal opportunities within education and training.
DeleteI would also like to attend. my research is around Dancing the female body in Pakistan.I am exploring and digging into the constructs such as social, political, or religious that impact or impede a female dancer and how she expresses through her body the limitations. I have been teaching mainly females in dance since i live in a muslim country Pakistan which has seen all kind of influences around females dancing. I have had my own experiences around my own body and reflecting and bringing it all into my research.
